About us:

No musical background necessary. We are the largest private music and performing arts school in North Texas. Providing private and group music lessons, art, dance and musical theatre classes too. Teaching success, self-confidence and leadership through music and performing arts. We are heavy on the performances with our own Frisco Performing Arts Center on campus.

Job Summary:

Learn our lesson programs and sell them effectively to area families, registering them for lessons/classes. Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Assist faculty, students and staff.

Duties:

Your primary job is to register students and to assist students and staff at the school. The basic duties of the

Front Desk Staff:

Customer service (cheerful and attentive to arriving students and families) Answering the phones, sales, upsells (following a script) Responding to emails/texts Explaining programs and fees Handling inquiries in person, on the phone and email Registering/Scheduling students/Completing Paperwork Entering information into student accounts Updating schedules Liaison between teachers and students Opening/Closing duties Daily bathroom check Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in Customer Service 1+ years of experience in Sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Google Docs/Word/Excel High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional maturity. Available to be scheduled during hours of operation Work schedules are up to 40hrs per week with 2 days off for full-time. Part time is

Mon-Thurs:

3-9pm

Fri:

3-7pm

Sat:

9:30-1:30pm (working at least 3 days a week) Schedules posted 2-3 weeks in advance Monday to Saturday Sundays as needed
