We grow through relationships, and we need someone who knows how to build them. The Role You're the first voice families hear and the first face they see. Beyond the warm welcome, you'll actively drive enrollment — following up on leads, making outbound calls to warm prospects, and converting inquiries into registered students. You'll work across scheduling and reporting tools to identify interested families and follow through with precision. This is not a desk job where you wait for things to happen. It's a people-first, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on genuine human connection. The families we serve are passionate about their children's growth. You'll be the person who makes them feel heard, valued, and in good hands. This position requires a full academic year commitment. What You'll Do Own the front desk and first impression for every student and family Handle inbound inquiries and make proactive outbound calls to warm leads Work enrollment reports and follow ups Guide families through programs, tuition, and on-boarding Manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks with precision Support the Director with reporting and operational follow-through You're the
