Welcome Desk Attendant

Position Purpose:

The Welcome Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, faculty, and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and providing accurate information and assistance regarding campus locations, services, and activities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all individuals entering or exiting the building in a courteous and professional manner Provide directions and general information to visitors and campus community members Answer basic questions regarding campus services, events, and facilities Assist the Admissions Office with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Conduct campus tours when requested Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Effective verbal communication and public speaking abilities Ability to walk throughout campus and navigate stairs as required

Working Conditions:
