Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetics and multitasking, with a passion for providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities Greet all clients warmly and professionally. Check clients in and out of appointments. Answer incoming phone calls and text messages. Respond to online inquiries and appointment requests. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Maintain daily provider schedules. Verify client paperwork is completed prior to appointments. Ensure client consent forms are signed and up to date. Maintain a clean, organized reception area. Client Experience Provide excellent customer service at all times. Offer beverages and create a welcoming environment. Escort clients to treatment rooms when appropriate. Address client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary. Follow up with clients after treatments when directed. Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Sales & Upselling Educate clients on current promotions and memberships. Recommend appropriate services based on provider recommendations. Upsell skincare products and treatment packages. Discuss financing options such as Cherry or CareCredit. Encourage pre-booking future appointments. Meet individual and team sales goals. Compliance & Safety Follow all HIPAA privacy regulations. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Understand basic medical spa policies and procedures. Ensure treatment rooms are stocked when needed. Report any safety concerns to management immediately. Daily Opening Duties Unlock and prepare spa for opening. Turn on computers and office equipment. Review schedule for the day. Check voicemail, texts, and emails. Confirm next-day appointments. Restock front desk supplies. Ensure lobby is clean and presentable. Daily Closing Duties Confirm appointments for the following day. Process end-of-day financial reports. Clean and organize front desk area. Secure client information. Lock doors and set alarm if assigned. Notify management of any issues from the day. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred. Medical office, aesthetics, or spa experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
