  • Jet Center Position Overview The Jet Center Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for private pilots, members, and guests.
This role ensures efficient operations and a high level of service for all arrivals and departures at the Resort Jet Center.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service:
Greet and assist guests in person and by phone; manage service requests and resolve issues promptly.
Flight Coordination:
Schedule arrivals and departures using aviation software; monitor email and radio communications.
Transaction Processing:
Handle fuel sales, service tickets, and payment transactions accurately.
Operations Support:
Assist with fuel inventory tracking for aircraft and vehicles.
Safety Compliance:
Complete required safety training and follow all FBO procedures and protocols.
Facility Standards:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk area.
Coordination:
Work with resort departments to support guest needs from arrival through check-in. Qualifications Minimum age of 21 Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred Required Skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Benefits (Full-Time) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Life and disability insurance Paid time off and holidays Additional benefits may include housing assistance, transportation, discounted meals, and access to select resort amenities.
