Do you have an eye for detail and a heart for service? Chrysalis Skin & Body is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our highly regarded MedSpa, catering to a discerning, well-established clientele.

About You:
You're not just a receptionist—you're a true concierge. You anticipate needs, remember preferences, and create seamless, white-glove experiences. You bring poise, grace, and discretion to every client interaction. You're calm under pressure, well-spoken, polished in appearance, and genuinely enjoy making others feel seen and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every client with warmth and professionalism Manage a complex schedule of appointments with accuracy and finesse Handle incoming calls and texts with tact and clarity Coordinate appointment changes and waitlists with efficiency and empathy Maintain a beautiful, serene front-of-house environment Collaborate closely with estheticians and management to ensure smooth daily operations Manage transactions and client accounts discreetly and accurately Provide thoughtful, personalized service and follow-up
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in a luxury spa, medical practice, boutique hotel, or high-end retail environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfort with booking software (Meevo experience a plus) A natural ability to remain composed, courteous, and helpful at all times A love of skincare, wellness, and aesthetics is a bonus
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time options available. Must be available on Saturdays.
