Parking Garage Customer Service Concierge

Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The Garage Parking Customer Service Concierge is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and clerical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred Data Entry Customer Service Clerical tasks Cashier tasks Answering phones Deliveries (walking distance) Data postings regarding billing Daily revenue posting Support other personnel as required Post payments on customer accounts Tenant validations and reporting Copy, scan, and fax documents Answer customer Emails phone calls in a timely manner Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly Activate parking access Process vendor invoices. Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for the next shift Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
