Must have 2 years Salon experience. We are an upscale luxury salon seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Salon Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to guests and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Duties:
  • Greet guests, offer beverages, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception area, lobby, and surrounding spaces.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments.
  • Provide personalized customer support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information and any special requests or preferences.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and Instagram DM appointment inquiries.
  • Provide backup support to other front desk agents as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a front desk or customer-facing role in the salon industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and familiar with basic office software.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
