Home Health Community Liaison Location:
Katy, TX and surrounding areas

Full-time Position Summary We are seeking an outgoing, personable, and motivated Community Liaison to help grow our home health agency throughout Katy and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being active in the community — even if you do not have healthcare marketing experience. We are open to candidates from hospitality, restaurant, retail, customer service, event, or sales backgrounds such as bartenders, servers, hosts/hostesses, leasing agents, recruiters, or similar people-focused roles. If you naturally connect with people, communicate well, and enjoy relationship-building, we can teach you the healthcare side. This role involves visiting healthcare facilities, introducing our agency to referral sources, maintaining professional relationships, and helping families and healthcare professionals understand our services. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians' offices, hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners throughout The Woodlands area. Conduct daily in-person visits and community outreach activities. Represent the agency professionally in the community. Educate referral sources about our home health services and how we help patients. Coordinate with intake and clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and patient admissions. Track outreach activity and maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners. Attend networking events and community functions when needed. Help identify opportunities to grow agency awareness and referrals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships. Self-motivated and dependable. Organized with good follow-through. Ability to work independently and manage a territory. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Backgrounds No home health experience required.
