Hiring for:
Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and efficiently, scheduling appointments and guiding them through check-in processes. Assist veterinarians and technicians with routine animal handling, exam prep, and basic restraint to ensure patient and staff safety.Manage front desk duties:
answer phones, schedule clients, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records. Provide compassionate care support, including coordinating follow-up visits and communicating treatment plans to pet owners. Maintain organized reception area, restock supplies, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols in line with veterinary standards. Qualifications Veterinary experience and animal care background, including dog handling and restraint Proficiency with veterinary terminology and front-desk duties such as greeting clients and scheduling Ability to perform basic medical collection, animal husbandry, and kennel/keeping tasks Strong communication and customer service skills; comfort with pet-related care and intake processesJob Types:
