Service Department Concierges Position Summary We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused, and results-driven Powersports Service Department Concierge to serve as the communication hub between our Service Department and our customers. This individual thrives on the phone, loves building relationships, and is motivated by achieving goals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persistent, organized, and comfortable making 100+ outbound phone calls per day while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a critical part in driving customer retention, increasing service revenue, improving customer satisfaction scores, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding follow-up and communication. Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach & Follow-Up Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily to customers. Contact past service customers to encourage return visits and schedule maintenance appointments. Follow up with customers whose units are ready for pickup. Contact customers regarding overdue maintenance and recommended service work. Reach out to inactive customers and re-engage them with dealership service offerings. Customer Satisfaction & Survey Management Contact customers who have recently completed service visits. Encourage customer participation in manufacturer and dealership satisfaction surveys. Address customer concerns proactively before negative experiences escalate. Gather feedback regarding service quality and communicate opportunities for improvement to management. Appointment Generation Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar. Promote seasonal maintenance programs, service specials, and dealership events. Identify opportunities to upsell maintenance packages, accessories, and protection plans. Customer Experience Deliver a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer experience during every interaction. Act as a liaison between customers and the service department. Maintain accurate customer records and notes within dealership management systems. Ensure customers feel valued, informed, and appreciated throughout the service process. Qualifications Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality. Exceptional phone communication skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day. Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred. Powersports, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus. Success Metrics 100+ outbound calls completed daily. Service appointments scheduled. Customer pickup completion rates. Customer satisfaction survey participation. Service customer retention. Positive customer feedback and reviews.
