We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at our premier tennis facility. This is a full-time position with morning shifts and one weekend day required, starting July 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations at the tennis facility Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Schedule and coordinate court reservations Provide support to tennis professionals as needed Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests Report directly to the Senior Director of Racquet Sports and our

Head Tennis Professional Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality Strong customer service skills (our top priority) Reliable transportation required Previous country club or hospitality experience is a plus How to
