Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Manage venue ticketing platform (AXS). Act as venue liaison with AXS team. Answer customer inquiries about ticket availability, seating options, and event details. Process payments through credit card or digital transactions. Provide assistance with ticket exchanges or upgrades, when applicable. Assist with ticket scanning and resolving any ticketing software issues on the day of the event. Monitor and control ticket inventory for events. Assist in building events in AXS system and maintaining/updating ticket inventory. Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming box office environment. Assist with will-call ticket distribution. Support game day operations and event preparation as needed. Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness to work weekends, games, events, and some holidays.
