Front Desk Agent

Job Overview We are looking for an all-star professional Front Desk Representative with the appropriate balance of warmth and professionalism to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact to determine appropriate connections to accommodate the needs of our visitors accordingly. They will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and preforming a variety of task to support daily operations related to escrow processes and provide superior support to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors
• Field and direct incoming calls
• Distribute mail/packages
• Maintain the reception and conference room area
• Receipt Earnest Money Contracts and send out timelines
• Input orders into system
• Assist colleagues with administrative task
• Maintain procedures to ensure a constant orderly, and effective workflow
• Engage and promote company culture
• Adheres to company policies, industry, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements A High School diploma or equivalent Two year of experience in a customer service role and demonstrates competency and understanding of general office procedures. Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in escrow processing and/or real estate, banking related field
