Job Description

Front Desk Agent Wanted! Join our Team of Property Management Professionals in an exciting field! At BoaVida, we're building something bigger than a portfolio. Position Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the resort office and store. This position assists guests in person, over the phone, and online with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, retail sales, payments, and general questions. Additional responsibilities include cash handling, basic administrative tasks, and helping maintain a welcoming and organized environment for guests and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner Process payments and accurately handle cash, credit card, and retail transactions Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information Provide guests with information regarding resort amenities, policies, and local attractions Assist with daily store operations, including retail sales and stocking merchandise Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Resolve guest concerns or direct issues to management when needed Support management with general administrative and office tasks as assigned Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred Must have basic knowledge of office computer systems and software Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills required Ability to provide professional and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law Physical Requirements Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents, community, and operations. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
