As the Assistant Lead Concierge, you will help guide a team of concierge ambassadors to ensure outstanding guest service experiences are being delivered to our residents, guests and prospects. Position Requirements Passion to deliver exemplary service and hospitality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great leadership skills Excellent problem-solving skills Outstanding rapport and relationship building skills Takes pride and ownership in the position and property Ability to listen and react quickly to residents' and guests' requests in a genuine manner Have outstanding guests service and amazing people skills Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude Think clearly, quickly, and efficiently to make concise decisions even under pressure Responsibilities Manage relationships with residents and property management Lead by example Coordinate schedules with Lead Concierge to ensure property is properly staffed with concierge staff. Fill in whenever there is need in case of call offs and emergencies Maintain an excellent relationship with all residents, visitors, and prospects by adhering to our standards Work with property management office staff to ensure clear communication and collaborative team environment with the Concierge Team Assist with training new concierge ambassadors Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
