Senior Financial Concierge (Plano) Step into a close partnership with our Billing Manager, acting as primary support within the role while continuing to grow in scope and responsibility over time. Responsibilities Include:

Patient Financial Counseling & Accounts Provide clear, easy-to-understand cost estimates for services including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF and egg freezing, tailored to each patient's situation Answer staff and patient financial questions with confidence while remaining warm, flexible, and solutions-oriented Assist with coding and updating patient encounters to ensure accurate billing through the patient journey Calculate payments, counsel patients and collect treatment costs and pre-payment deposits prior to treatment start Audit patient accounts, identify billing trends in partnership with the Billing Manager and Practice Administrator Explain insurance coverage, limitations, and out-of-network considerations Maintain accurate financial documentation and patient account notes Collect balances and process refunds Secondary Responsibilities (Part of the daily workflow): Assist with prior authorizations as needed, working closely with our insurance verification team Light posting of insurance payments Document key benefit details including deductible, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximum Identify services that may be self-pay or not covered Process payments Communicate with patients about appointment costs, insurance benefits, and next steps Answer online patient inquiries and assist with daily office tasks Assist with verifying insurance eligibility and benefits by phone and payer portals as needed Keep patient demographic and insurance records accurate in our EMR Collaborate with team members to support patient care and financial coordination Maintain professionalism and discretion in a compassionate healthcare environment Participate in team initiatives to improve workflow and elevate the patient experience

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, in-person at our Plano location (Monday-Friday, flexible between 8am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6pm shifts)

Pay:

$22-$28 per hour depending on experience. We're happy to review and discuss compensation further during the interview process.
