We're looking for a Showroom Specialist who thrives in a customer-focused environment and wants to play a key role in helping customers bring their home projects to life. As the face of our showroom, you'll be the first person customers connect with, whether they walk through the door or call in. This role combines customer service, sales support, event coordination, and marketing involvement, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and relationship-building.   • striving to achieve what everyone wants: the customer, employee, and company What You'll Do Welcome showroom visitors with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Help turn walk-in and phone inquiries into sales opportunities by capturing and managing leads in our CRM system Conduct engaging showroom consultations for scheduled and walk-in customers Educate customers on product features, benefits, and design options Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually inviting Assist with showroom events, promotions, and community outreach efforts Support marketing initiatives including social media, home shows, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with a team that values customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers and building relationships Ability to listen carefully and identify customer needs Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable learning product details and explaining them confidently Familiarity with social media and event promotion is a plus Strong networking and relationship-building abilities High school diploma or GED required Availability Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings (up to one night per week) and rotating Saturdays Why Join Us?
