At The Tox Southlake, we believe exceptional results begin with an exceptional client experience. We are seeking a polished, professional, and service-driven Client Experience Advisor to join our team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who thrives on creating meaningful client relationships, anticipating needs before they arise, and delivering a premium experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is warm, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing premium wellness services and treatment plans. This person understands that outstanding service and sales go hand in hand and takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals while supporting the growth of the studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression Deliver a luxury-level client experience from check-in through checkout Build relationships with new and returning clients Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally and promptly Educate clients on services, treatment plans, memberships, and retail products Confidently discuss and recommend premium service packages Rebook clients and support long-term client retention Anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming studio environment Support daily studio operations and administrative tasks Collaborate with service providers to ensure a seamless client experience

Clients consistently mention you by name in reviews and feedback New clients feel welcomed, informed, and excited to return Clients leave with their next appointment scheduled Package recommendations feel natural, educational, and service-oriented The studio operates smoothly and professionally during your shift You take ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do You contribute to studio revenue through client retention, package sales, and exceptional service
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Professional, polished, and confident demeanor Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing premium services and pricing with clients Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Availability to work evenings and weekends Basic proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique fitness, aesthetics, wellness, or high-end retail Experience with consultative sales, membership sales, or premium service sales Experience working toward sales, retention, or revenue goals Experience in a commission or performance-based environment Experience using Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti, or similar booking software Previous experience in a concierge, client relations, customer success, or hospitality role
