Front Desk Specialist

We are seeking a responsible, high performer who is organized and efficient. You will be managing the front desk of Tyler Music Academy and assisting with a variety of tasks. MUST be very proficient at technology and emailing clients. Must love people. •This is NOT a temporary job. Must be a great communicator, strong with writing and spelling skills, and extremely comfortable using technology. Must love to help people and talk to children! The position includes working at the front desk for Tyler Music Academy, as well as hours on the computer, assisting clients via email and some design work on the newsletter.

Must be able to work:

This position is a supporting position and will only have these specific hours Monday -Thursday 4-8pm and Friday 4-6. Total hours is about 22 a week.
