GUEST CARE & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Kuhni Orthodontic Studio opened in Spanish Fork, Utah in 2018, founded by Dr. Kameron Kuhni with one simple belief: every guest deserves to be treated the way Dr. Kuhni would treat his own son or daughter. We exist to change how people feel about themselves , and that starts the moment they walk through our door. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet every guest by name with genuine warmth and enthusiasm Anticipate guest needs proactively — before they even ask Own and optimize the daily appointment schedule Manage guest check-in, check-out, and front-desk payments Answer all calls professionally and handle new guest inquiries Prepare and facilitate the daily morning huddle Keep the reception area spotless, calm, and on-brand at all times Maintain the refreshment and hospitality station daily Coordinate in real-time with clinical and administrative teams Follow up on no-shows and unconfirmed appointments Invite satisfied guests to share Google and Facebook reviews Assist with marketing, community events, and practice promotions ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years in dentistry, orthodontics, or a customer-facing service role Front desk, scheduling, or patient coordination experience preferred CurrentOSHA & HIPAA
certifications (or willingness to obtain)Skills & Abilities:
Warm, confident communicator , in person and on the phone Detail-oriented and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with the ability to manage a constantly shifting schedule Proficient in Dolphin Management (or equivalent), Asana, and Microsoft Office ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT WE OFFER
