RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet residents, potential residents, and guests. Manage the guest suite and resident amenity schedule and ensure these spaces are stocked and prepared for visitors. Plan resident functions and coordinate events with local businesses to increase resident satisfaction. Resolve resident disputes, making every effort to achieve resident satisfaction. Manage administrative requests from residents. Prepare new resident move-in welcome packets. Create resident notices and communication pieces. Ensure property lobby areas are clean and refreshments are fully stocked. Place office supply orders for the property. Update social media sites. Create and distribute resident renewal letters on a weekly basis. Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemail messages in a timely manner. Input resident work orders into the property software system. Respond to prospect inquiries and assist with scheduling and conducting tours. Assist with walk-ins, leasing follow-up, and resident retention efforts. Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community amenities. Assist with leasing, move-in, and renewal documentation. Support marketing and occupancy goals for the community. Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment. Provide world-class customer service. Perform additional administrative, resident relations, and leasing duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships. Must possess strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Must possess customer service abilities and attitude. Well organized and flexible with the ability to multi-task. Proactive and able to react to changing priorities.

SUPERVISORY EXPECTATIONS
This position does not have any supervisory duties.
