Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a real estate services is seeking a Corporate Concierge to join their team on a temporary basis in McLean, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, supporting front desk and lobby operations
• Assist with building access badges and provide campus/building information
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot workplace service issues, and ensure timely follow-up
• Support workplace services including mailroom, parking, and conference room coordination
• Maintain organized, professional front desk and lobby areas
• Partner with facilities, transportation, and vendors to support daily operations
• Anticipate needs and deliver high-touch, hospitality-driven service while escalating risks as needed
• Assist with events and support general administrative and operational functions

About You:

• High school diploma or general education degree preferred
• 1+ years prior relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong service orientation
• Background in hospitality, facilities, property management, or administrative support preferred
• Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
