About The Job:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, supporting front desk and lobby operations
Assist with building access badges and provide campus/building information
Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot workplace service issues, and ensure timely follow-up
Support workplace services including mailroom, parking, and conference room coordination
Maintain organized, professional front desk and lobby areas
Partner with facilities, transportation, and vendors to support daily operations
Anticipate needs and deliver high-touch, hospitality-driven service while escalating risks as needed
Assist with events and support general administrative and operational functions
About You:
High school diploma or general education degree preferred
1+ years prior relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with strong service orientation
Background in hospitality, facilities, property management, or administrative support preferred
Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
