Richmond, Virginia Job Opening:
Car Rental Agent Are you a passionate individual with a love for cars and providing exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity here at Yodel Mobile , for a Car Rental Agent. Join our team today and become an integral part of delivering unforgettable experiences to our valued customers!
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare rental cars for upcoming trips, including dropping off rentals to select customers.
  • Pick up and retrieve vehicles from auto repair shops, impound lots, and train stations or airports.
  • Communicate with guests using our chat, in person and live calls in order to check vehicles in/out, provide customer service, verify guest identification, and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental trips to ensure cleanliness and identify any damages or maintenance concerns.
  • Perform general vehicle maintenance ( tire pressure checks and changes, changing tags, recording and reporting any warning lights, etc..)
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment and lot space.
  • Assist with administrative and logistical duties to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
  • Provide flexible support across multiple operational areas.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with composure Basic computer skills for managing rental reservations and paperwork Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
