About the role:
As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Services Ambassador, you are the face of our practice, providing a luxury concierge experience for our aesthetic patients. You will manage the "front-of-house" environment—handling high-volume communications, scheduling, and patient flow—while ensuring seamless service in both English and Spanish to support our diverse clientele. What you'll do:
Patient Coordination:
Warmly greet visitors, manage check-in/out, and coordinate registration and consents.
Communication & Scheduling:
Manage multi-line phones and digital messaging (email/text) to schedule appointments and triage medical inquiries.
Financial Duties:
Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments (co-pays/fees), and answer questions on bills.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Maintain a polished lobby, offer refreshments, and provide foundational information on our surgical and weight loss services.
Administration:
Ensure HIPAA-compliant record keeping, manage medical releases and medical records requests.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Experience:
2+ years in medical reception, hospitality, or luxury retail.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office and practice management software; experience with multi-line phones.
Compliance:
Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
Education:
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
Service-Oriented:
Empathetic, professional, and poised under pressure.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
