Patient Liaison Job Summary:

Our busy pediatric dental office is seeking a dedicated Patient Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first phone call to the final checkout.

Key Duties:

Answering patient phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor. Verifying insurance coverage and accurately attaching plans to patient accounts. Ensuring all digital paperwork and patient updates are completed thoroughly. Collecting outstanding balances and co-pays at the time of service.

The Ideal Candidate:

Possesses a warm, positive, and outgoing attitude. Demonstrates strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Is able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Proficiency in Open Dental and NexHealth is not required, but considered a major plus!
