Role:
Serve as both a pre‑arrival guest coordinator and onsite concierge
Ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience from booking through departure
Combine office‑based reservation work with guest‑facing front desk service
Support a culture of care, attention to detail, and elevated hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Pre‑Arrival & Advance Coordination
Review upcoming reservations in the StayNTouch system for accuracy
Proactively contact guests before arrival to confirm details and special requests
Coordinate dining reservations, activities, celebrations, and custom experiences
Arrange in‑room amenities, welcome packages, grocery stocking, and special setups
Identify opportunities to enhance stays through personalized recommendations
Prepare group and event materials (weddings, teams, lift tickets, guest packets)
Onsite Concierge & Guest Services:
Provide a warm, professional welcome at the lobby and front desk
Orient guests to resort amenities, services, and activities
Respond to guest requests in real time (directions, reservations, bookings)
Offer personalized recommendations for resort and local experiences
Track guest preferences to support repeat visits and long‑term relationships
Operations & Team Support:
Be fully trained in all front desk and reservations functions
Serve as the Alice Software ambassador for hotel departments
Assist with shared guest phone and email inquiries
Maintain current knowledge of resort offerings and local partners
Work Schedule & Environment:
Combination of office‑based reservation work and guest‑facing front desk shifts
Schedules posted bi‑weekly and may vary based on season, occupancy, and events
