Medical Assistant experience is a plus. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to meet you. Schedule Part-Time Monday through Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude. Assist clients with intake forms, check-in, and check-out procedures. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments. Follow up with clients regarding appointments, consultations, treatment plans, and leads. Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Support daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Assist with social media posting, client photos, videos, and basic content creation. Help promote spa services, memberships, and special offers. Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient care. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics industry. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous medical office, spa, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred. Medical Assistant experience is a plus. Interest in skincare, wellness, and aesthetics is highly preferred.
