Job Description
Stoup Kenmore is seeking passionate Front of House personnel to join our team!
Stoup Kenmore, Stoup Brewing s only restaurant concept, is looking to add some more professionals to its Front of House Team. We are a teamwork oriented full-service restaurant, with exceptional food offerings, a seasonal cocktail program, full access to Stoup s beer menu, and a Loft space for private events.
We are looking for both experienced Front of House teammates as well as those wanting to step into the restaurant game for their first time. What is most important is your commitment to exceptional customer service. While working with us you will perform a variety of different roles day to day and a desire to be a jack-of-all-trades will be crucial.
This position is part-time and will require weekend availability.
Strong communication and administration skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.
Must possess superior organizational skills.
Possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Strong customer relations skills.
Positive professional attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shiftsAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, reach, crouch, kneel, and climb stairs as neededAbility to work in a fast paced restaurant environment with exposure to noise, temperature variations, and kitchen equipmentManual dexterity to operate standard restaurant tools, office equipment, and point of sale systemsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business

Responsibilities and Skills:
Provide excellent customer service to visitors. i.e.) Greet and serve visitors in a positive and friendly way. Greet everyone who visits the Tap Room with a hello and a goodbye. Treat everyone like a regular.Strong communication and administration skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.

Compensation and Benefits:
