Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Concierge, where your energetic and welcoming presence will set the tone for an exceptional experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, creating a positive atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while making a meaningful impact every day. Schedule Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage front desk operations with professionalism, including multi-line phone systems and visitor check-ins Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support office functions Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant tasks as needed Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing administrative tasks Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Requirements Proven experience in front desk duties or office management roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and administrative support tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent time management skills Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office support roles is advantageous This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment while honing their administrative expertise.
