Are you highly organized and excel in multitasking with a smile on your face? Twelve Baskets Catering is looking for Hospitality Heroes to join our epic team! We here at Twelve Baskets have a small, but tight-nit team. When a part of the Twelve Baskets Family, we support and celebrate each other's growth, learning and successes. As a Hospitality Hero, you'll report directly to an Event Manager and the Hospitality & Logistics Manager, who'll help show you the ropes as you learn to support the Hospitality Team in various daily functions, serving and attending to guests needs, and providing superior customer service with a positive attitude. We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual, ready to take on the following responsibilities: Customer Service - Engage with customers by providing superior service and quality products by delivering and serving their food and beverages efficiently and on-time. Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and passion for excellent customer service, with a customer-first mentality. Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with sense of urgency.
Operational Excellence:
Assist with the set up & tear down of events Buss & clear tables during the event Pass and/or serve appetizers, entrees or desserts to guests Enthusiastically greet guests while performing assigned tasks - as directed by the Event Manager Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays for events within King, Pierce & Snohomish counties Proactively approach guests that may have an issue and/or complaint & comfortable with resolving issues to satisfy the guests/client Perform additional projects/duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Comfortable driving vehicles of various sizes and lengths. Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication. Ability to work quickly, embrace and learn new information, multi-task and incorporate feedback into personal performance. Available to perform many different tasks within operations during each shift. Must be at least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Food Handlers Card, or willing to get (will reimburse) Must have a valid driver license or be able to meet on-site Motor vehicle and criminal background record in good standing.
