Guest Services Reporting Relationship:
GM > Guest Services Manager > Guest Services Job Summary Guest services, with a focus on guest service and light laundry duties. This role requires some flexibility in availability, also includes light barista duties. Join the team at Adrift Hotel and Inn at Discovery Coast where hospitality meets purpose! We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, delivers excellent customer service, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Duties + Responsibilities Greet and check Guests in and out Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages to Guests Answer phones and Guest messages, and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations Respond to Guest concerns with professionalism and care Process payments for retail/take-home items (including beer and wine) Lock up pool, sauna, and front desk at night Laundry and barista duties required, including making espresso and preparing food items Assist the GS Manager with maintaining company standards and policies Permission to Play Values These values represent the essential, non-negotiable behavioral standards required for every member of our team: Kindness

Qualifications Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain) MAST Permit (or ability to obtain) Hotel or customer service experience preferred Barista or serving experience a plus Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend availability is required
