Wage:
$21 - $25 per hour/
DOE Schedule:
Evening (4pm-8:30pm)/Weekend Availability A Day in the
Life:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the community, greet and direct guests and family members and monitor the entry and lobby areas Answer incoming telephone calls and resident inquiries, forwarding messages when appropriate Provide excellent customer service when coordinating appointments and handling inquiries from residents and family members Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, process deliveries and faxes Take resident to-go orders and enter into the point-of-sale system Conduct daily resident security check Requirements Previous experience working with the elderly preferred Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to Pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions can be acceptable) Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will pay for training if not certified) Chateau Retirement is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
