Job Description

JOB TITLE
Concierge
DEPARTMENT

Director of Operations / General Manager (or designee)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge serves as the primary guest-facing representative, responsible for delivering exceptional service, facilitating guest needs, and supporting smooth daily operations. This role is critical to guest satisfaction and requires professionalism, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Services Greet and assist guests in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and welcoming manner Provide accurate information regarding check-in/check-out procedures, property amenities, and local attractions Respond to and resolve guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner Escalate issues when resolution exceeds assigned authority Operational Support Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding room readiness and service issues Track arrivals, departures, and special requests Document guest issues and resolutions Property & Association Awareness Maintain familiarity with property layout, amenities, and association rules Ensure compliance with property guidelines while maintaining guest satisfaction Follow emergency and safety procedures Communication & Reporting Maintain clear communication with operations teams Log incidents, service requests, and guest interactions Provide feedback to management regarding trends or operational concerns Professional Standards Maintain professional appearance and demeanor Protect guest confidentiality Represent the property and association positively
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or hospitality experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Concierge, front desk, or hospitality experience Knowledge of local area and attractions Bilingual abilities (preferred, not required) Resort or association-managed property experience
PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs if required Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
