RV Park Guest Specialist

Job Description:

Dicky's RV Park is looking for a dynamic, guest experience-focused, on-site specialist. The right candidate must understand the dynamics of balancing compliance and safety with exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties include: Guest check-in/out Book reservations for short and long term stays Answer phone calls Ensure guest payments are complete Park compliance Guest concerns and incident responses Vendor relationships and accountability Reporting and partnership with corporate office Partnership with maintenance Create consistent documentation Concierge style customer service Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors. Assist with basic cleaning of facilities and property

Preferred Qualifications:

The right candidates will enjoy being part of an energetic team, exceeding guest expectations, and provide a high level of hospitality with a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written 3+ years customer service experience preferred (hospitality a plus) Experience in property management needed

SCHEDULE

Position is starting part-time Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-2PM then will go to full-time during busy season Applicants must complete background check before employment.
