Job Description
Elite Nursing Concierge Care is seeking experienced LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for adult and geriatric clients in private residences throughout the Seattle area. This is a concierge nursing position focused on delivering exceptional, personalized care in the home. We are seeking nurses who are comfortable working independently, building relationships with clients and families, and managing complex medical needs outside of a facility setting. Ideal Experience We are particularly interested in nurses with experience caring for clients with: Oncology diagnoses Chronic respiratory conditions, including pneumonia and COPD Pain management needs G-Tube feedings and medication administration Complex medication regimens Mobility limitations and fall risk Dementia and cognitive decline Post-hospital recovery and transitional care Multiple chronic medical conditions Preferred Background Concierge Nursing Private Duty Nursing In-Home Nursing Care Home Health Case Management Executive client care Long-term one-on-one patient relationships Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home Perform ongoing assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Manage G-Tube feedings and related care Support pain and symptom management plans Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care teams Educate clients and family members regarding care needs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Deliver exceptional client-centered care with professionalism and discretion Qualifications Current Washington State LVN/LPN license in good standing Liability Insurance Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills Ability to work independently in private residences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What Sets Our Nurses Apart Our most successful nurses are: ✔ Experienced in one-on-one client care ✔ Comfortable working independently without direct supervision ✔ Professional, polished, and service-oriented ✔ Skilled in managing medically complex clients in the home ✔ Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Work Setting Private Residences Concierge In-Home Care Adult & Geriatric Clients Schedule Hours vary based on client needs and availability.
