Front Desk Concierge (FT & PT) KBS WA Seattle, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Guest relations Outdoor work Property leasing High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Full Job Description Concierges are the first impression of the community and are responsible for providing superior customer service to our residents. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills. Concierges bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with other Associates, guests, and current residents. Handle deliveries by accepting and logging packages for residents. Provide leasing support and assistance to the leasing team with future residents. Assisting with tasks related to the move-in and move-out process. Act as a liaison between residents and service team members regarding both routine and emergency maintenance requests and provide assistance in the follow-up process after work is completed on routine requests. Contact maintenance personnel immediately if an emergency maintenance situation develops. Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced. Report any resident or guest dissatisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Hospitality training and/or experience ( preferred ). Must have excellent customer service skills and be capable of performing duties in a professional manner. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work weekends ( required ). Work is performed inside and outside a property or installation, with exposure to inclement weather conditions and unpredictable crisis situations. Ability to take initiative to identify and resolve problems.
