New Balance Chiropractic is looking for an exceptional New Patient Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating positive experiences, building relationships, staying organized, and helping patients feel comfortable from their very first interaction with our office. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for helping people. This is much more than a typical front desk role — you will play a key part in helping patients begin their journey toward better health and wellness. Welcome new and existing patients warmly and professionally Answer phones, texts, and emails with excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule flow Help guide new patients through paperwork and onboarding Verify insurance benefits when applicable Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate communication between patients and providers Follow up with new patient inquiries and missed appointments Help create a positive, organized, and energetic office environment The NPC Role includes - but are not limited to - the following: New Patient Office Tours; New Patient Consultations; Exams and X Rays; Progress Exams; Re-Exams; Consultations; and Supportive Exercises. As well as all the supportive Procedures behind these Patient Processes. The NP Concierge is attached to every NP that contacts your clinic. Their job is to attend to, guide, support, and manage each NP through
EVERY STEP
in your NP Process from the Intake Forms to the Tour to the Consultation, Exam, Reports, Recommendations, and Financial Plans . The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Love working with people and building relationships Have strong communication and customer service skills Are highly organized and detail-oriented Are dependable, coachable, and proactive Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure Are comfortable discussing scheduling and finances Enjoy being part of a collaborative team culture Experience in chiropractic, dental, medical, wellness, spa, or hospitality industries is a plus — and we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and energy. This will also mean that we will help you apply for a state license once the course is passed and completed.
