This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a vibrant setting, providing exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety. As a key frontline presence, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and managing conflict with professionalism and confidence. Your proactive approach will help create a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone on site. Schedule Friday, Saturday, Monday 11 pm to 7 am (will require 5 nights of training at beginning) Pay Information Pay is biweekly via direct deposit and will be $24-$26 per hour. Responsibilities Control access to the premises by monitoring CCTV systems, verifying identification and guest credentials, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively Assist visitors with directions and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service alongside security duties Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes Audit and account for delivered carrier packages (Amazon, FedEx, etc) using world-class information management software Experience Previous concierge or hotel front-desk experience is a plus Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and familiarity with loss prevention techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to respond effectively in medical emergencies Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience with security protocols including access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures Strong ability to use computer systems and good verbal and written communication skills.
