Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and professional first impression Assist members with reservations, bookings, and event inquiries to ensure smooth operations Provide personalized concierge services such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity suggestions Manage guest requests efficiently via phone, email, or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions to enhance future experiences Support front desk operations by handling check-ins/check-outs and providing information about club amenities Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Previous hotel or hospitality experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest services Bilingual proficiency helps bridge communication gaps and cater to international guests Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality standards and resort operations ensures smooth guest interactions Professional phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills for effective guest engagement Experience in restaurant or front desk roles is advantageous for understanding service flow and guest needs Ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations with tact and professionalism
