Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and ensure high-quality dishes are served in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely and organized manner Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene practices Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff Monitor inventory and report shortages or issues Requirements Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be available to work full PM shift.
