Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life! Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to established recipes and standards Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Support menu planning efforts by suggesting improvements and new ideas based on culinary trends and guest preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments, including restaurant or catering settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Experience in menu planning, food industry operations, or culinary roles enhances your fit for this position Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
