Production Cook LSG Sky Chefs - 3.5 Anchorage, AK Job Details Full-time $21 an hour Qualifications Food production Cooking Meal preparation Full Job Description The Specialty Cook will prepare food for the flights of several of our airline clients. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule - including afternoons, week-ends and holidays. They must be able to cook in an international/production environment and prepare bulk hot food for various airlines. They must have at least 3 years cooking experience in a restaurant or production environment; In addition, must have the ability to read and follow recipes/specs. Must have knowledge of a specific type of culinary cuisine or various type of International cuisines.
