Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Support the cooking process by following established procedures and maintaining proper food handling techniques Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed during meal preparation and service Help with meal plating, presentation, and portioning to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shift Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Experience working in restaurant or food service environments, especially in fine dining or catering settings Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and meal assembly Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Familiarity with menu planning and food industry standards is a plus Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward customer service Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
