Job Description
Looking for a part-time and full-time line cook to join our fun and dedicated team on week- and weekend nights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 Years of experience in high-volume settings, fine dining, and/or casual establishment Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service Eager to learn from skilled chefs and work with a multitude of different style and globally influenced ingredients / dishes Experience in working with fish, meats, butchery and able to accurately follow receipts Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining an organized work space Must be Collaborative and Driven Adherence to safe food handling practices Full participation in being a sustainable and low impact businesses Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet 8-10 hours a day Graduate from an accredited culinary school (plus)

Chopping Prepping Cooking Cleaning Organizing Putting away and monitoring product Candidates should be able to work standing for long periods and must be comfortable working under the pressures of timeliness and excellence.
