Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair to meet our high standards. Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure quality and presentation. Manage food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and prevent cross-contamination. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and serving them promptly to guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper knife skills, sanitation practices, and temperature controls. Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services. Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
