Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning to create diverse and appealing options for guests. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Handle food items with care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent food service and catering for events. Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation and presentation. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
