WORK LOCATION
: 4700 Birmingham Street Birmingham, AL 35217 Are you someone who takes pride in their work and loves to create a fun-filled dining experience? Then you are ready to turn up the heat and join legendary Dreamland BBQ where you can bring your passion for mouthwatering, open pit-cooked barbeque to life! Core Responsibilities Cook and package food in a production facility Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas throughout each shift Follow established cooking, cooling, packing, and food safety procedures Assist with warehouse duties including order pulling, packing, and shipping as needed Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, organized workspace Work directly under the Shipping and Production Manager and interact professionally with on-site personnel Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety standards Organized, reliable, and dependable Comfortable working in hot and cold environments for extended periods Physically able to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 lbs Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production goals Education Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Cooking and/or warehouse experience preferred Dreamland BBQ's core purpose is to preserve traditions with food, fun, and family memories along with:
