About Us Oakley's Wine Bar & Bistro is a locally owned restaurant in Foley, Alabama focused on quality food, hospitality, and teamwork. We are currently hiring experienced and dependable line cooks to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes Follow recipes and portion standards Assist with stocking and kitchen prep as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Day and evening shifts available Weekend availability required Closed Sundays & Mondays Benefits Competitive pay Employee meal discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive kitchen environment
